Nottinghamshire Police

Co-ordinators receive a crime sheet each month compiled by our Beat Manager, PC John Kneale. This lists all reported crimes in the previous month, itemised by date, offence, location and property affected.

The dark nights are with us. To keep burglars away: fit a burglar alarm (£300-£400); look in when out (use timer switches on lights); fit an outdoor light; lock doors and windows; watch out for loitering strangers and unfamiliar cars; report any suspicious activity to the police.

So always lock your doors and windows when out.

In addition, members can also access crime information across Rushcliffe, including Bingham East and Bingham West, by logging on to the Rushcliffe Community Watch website and clicking on Rushcliffe Crime Information. The crimes on this site are listed by area, date, time, location and modus operandi (MO). Examination of the MOs can often be helpful in providing pointers for improving personal and property security. See also our police tips page.
